An Executive End-Around?

Check out this interchange on the O’Reilly Factor. Charles Krauthammer alleges the Obama Administration is actually circumventing the constitutionally defined political process via business regulations.

“The executive executes the laws that Congress has passed; it should not be executing laws that Congress has rejected.”

  2. As Steven Hayward points out in volume 2 of The Age of Reagan, one of the “secrets” to the economic boom of the ’80’s, was Reagan’s efforts to curtail federal regulation.
