  1. >Seemingly, the only solace is that the LA fans won’t have to endure the Keltics celebrating in their house. When you think that they had a chance to win Game 2 and should have won Game 4 … Sheesh.Kobe’s not been particularly good in this series either.

  2. >Ugh. Even when we win we look real bad. Gave up another huge lead. Could barely close it out. I’m not feeling good about Tues.

  3. >I’m a lifelong Lakers fan, but …the Kobe & Jordan comparisons end now. That would have never happened to a Jordan team.Phil Jackson has been out-coached in this series.Pathetic is what it was … just pathetic.

  4. >I had a bad feeling last night. Even when the Lakers were killing them…something just wasn’t right. Games like that are all about momentum. The just stopped playing defense and then the offense collapsed. I was sooo mad last night. Oh well…hopefully Bynum will come back strong so that we will actually have a big man that can bang down low.

  5. >This is a sad, sad day. I have no words for that humiliating collapse last night. Give credit to the Celtics.

  6. >”Let’s blow them out in Game 4 to send a message.”That’s what I was thinking. And I still want a make up game from the refs from game 2. 😉

  7. >Phil’s comments after Game 2 were good. I just hope the players (including Kobe) remember that it’s the coach’s job to complain about the referees.Tonight’s game was better, but I’m still more than a bit worried. Kobe got the jinx on him: “That’s 20 straight free throws for Kobe Bryant.”Then he can’t buy a free throw, though he gets to the line. After 3 games I’m thinking Boston shoots the ball better, which concerns me. We’re gonna have to get easier scores, then, like dunks and lay ups. However, as much as I like Lamar Odom, really I do, he’s like the only starting big man who can’t dunk the basketball. I’ve lost count of how many failed dunk attempts he has.At least Gasol plays a soft game and gave up any pretense of taking it hard to the hole for a dunk.I realize now just how much I took Shaq for granted in the paint.Take it to the hole strong, lads!Fisher needs to step up. He’s a shooter, so I’d like to see more of him taking open shots rather than driving to the hole to get stuffed.I’m appreciating the defense we’re getting, even from our bigs, but we’ve got to shoot the ball better, particularly at the line. The Mighty Lakers could have easily lost the game tonight, but they could have also just as easily won by a sizable margin.Let’s blow them out in Game 4 to send a message. Then I’ll be okay with eeking out a victory in Game 5 with the pressure on in Boston.Grasping with hope for Lakers in 7 … still.

  8. >The fould shot disparity is straight up ridiculous! Seriously. Boston gets every call and Kobe (the league’s MVP can’t get a call for anything). Considering Boston’s huge free throw advantage they should have blown LA out. I hope Phil rips the refs in the press congerence after the game. The NBA and the refs have a lot of making up to do for how bad (skewed) the officiating has been the first two games.

  9. >I had to shut it off when the foul shots were 40-4. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Ever. Unreal. Nice little comeback at the end but no team can overcome that. I mean, c’mon.

  10. >1. We missed a crazy amount of shots.2. Kobe – what the heck?! I hope he decides to play next game istead of taking the night off like he did tonight.3. The refs took us out of the game half way through the 4th. Did we really foul them EVERY time down the court? Amazing. They shot free throws for the last 5 mins of the game. Ridiculous.

  11. >The officiating was straight dooky tonight. No excuses though. LA needs to play better on Sunday.
