>Have Conservatives Become Sheeple?

Joe Carter at The Evangelical Outpost sure thinks so and I agree with him. I have noticed lately how the ‘Republican establishment and elites’ (Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Matt Drudge, Hugh Hewitt, etc.) have been feeding us a lot of junk. It is amazing to me how many conservatives just take their word for it when they say something. People, please think for yourselves and do your own research!

Please, check out Joe Carter’s post on this subject. It is very good.

Conservatives are Sheeple Too

  1. >Well, duh!The truly embedded question is: Why is the media, both liberal and conservative seemingly backing Romney?Could it be that Romney has the best chance from the liberal persective of defeat? And, from the conservative stance of victory? It is a strang phenomenon, populism. That conservatives would want Romney simply because they believe his chances are the better, rather than another who is clearly the most conservative.I think conservatives fear the “evangelical factor,” more than the Mormon factor. In fact if Romney would have kept his mouth shut, the conseravatives would not have to be working so hard now to defend him. At the same time, I think the Dem’s political machinery is primed to make mockery mincemeat of Romney, who they believe is the weaker “religious” candidate.
